Production and Delivery Organization
We organise production rather than own it. That is a deliberate choice, and it puts more responsibility — not less — on our own configuration and acceptance process.
Overview
- Manufacturing and assembly are carried out through qualified partner facilities in Hefei and Shenzhen.
- Montline owns the configuration baseline, the acceptance criteria and the delivery documentation.
- Responsibility split is written down per project: what the partner builds, what we verify, what we deliver.
- Each delivered unit is traceable through its serial number to its build record and its ground check results.
Production operates under a documented quality management system; documentation available under NDA during supplier qualification.
