Terms of Use
The terms on which you may use the Montline website — content licence, intellectual property, the nature of product information, end-use restrictions and limitation of liability.
Acceptance
By accessing or using www.Montline.net you accept these terms. If you use this site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept them on its behalf. If you do not accept them, stop using the site.
Licence to use site content
You may view, download and print pages for internal evaluation, procurement justification or technical discussion, provided that you:
- Keep all copyright, trademark and attribution notices intact;
- Make no material modification and remove no disclaimer;
- Do not resell the content, compile it into a commercial database, or use it to train third-party models;
- Do not imply that Montline endorses your product, service or conclusion.
Any copying, excerpting or republication beyond this licence requires prior written consent.
Intellectual property
The Montline name, marks, model designations, page copy, illustrations, parameter tables and documents are owned by Montline or its content suppliers. Product images, drawings and configuration descriptions on the site may be subject to third-party rights. Except as expressly licensed here, no licence is granted under any patent, trademark, copyright or trade secret.
Model designations (M, H, F, P, G and S series) are Montline's internal product classification, not an industry standard. When comparing across vendors, rely on parameters and stated test conditions rather than inferring performance from the model number.
The nature of product information
This site describes capability and method. It is not an offer, a promise or a warranty; the signed contract governs. Note in particular:
- Parameters are typical-condition values, dependent on payload, wind, dispatch pattern and environment. They are not a commitment for any specific operation.
- Configuration is fixed per order. Pages describe the available range, not a standard configuration list.
- Development status is stated as it stands. Capabilities still in development are published without accuracy or detection-rate figures and without delivery commitments.
- Manned capability: H-100 offers manned-capable control modes, but airworthiness certification and operational approval are the operator's responsibility. Montline does not provide airworthiness certification.
- We may revise specifications and configuration for supply, regulatory or technical reasons. Confirmed orders are governed by the order terms.
Export control and end use
UAV systems, payloads, communication modules and software shown here may be subject to export control, sanctions and end-use rules in China and in the destination jurisdiction. See the Export Control & Compliance page. You may not put any product or technology obtained from us to weaponised use, and you may not arrange re-export without complete end-user and end-use information.
Third-party links
Links to third parties are provided for convenience. They do not imply endorsement, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or data practices. You access them at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Content is provided "as is". We give no implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this site.
- Loss caused by force majeure, network interruption, third-party attack, or your own equipment and environment is excluded.
These limitations do not apply where applicable law prohibits them.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are to be resolved first through good-faith discussion; failing that, they are submitted to the competent people's court at Montline's place of registration. Where mandatory consumer protection rules in your jurisdiction provide otherwise, those rules prevail.
Changes
We may revise these terms as the site or business changes. Revisions take effect on publication, and material changes are announced on the site.
