GIS Platform Integration
GIS integration is mostly a coordinate and ownership question: the same feature, in the same place, with the same meaning, in the customer's own layers.
Overview
- Confirm the coordinate reference system and the transformation path end to end, including height.
- Deliver as the customer's own feature types and attributes, so no manual re-attribution is needed.
- Respect existing layer ownership and editing permissions; the drone data is a contributor, not a new authority.
- Plan how temporary observations become permanent features, and who approves that.
