Defect Review Work Orders and Report Loop
Detection creates value only when the result can be reviewed, assigned, acted on, and closed. We connect flagged imagery with human verification, work-order creation, status tracking, and final reporting so that each finding enters an accountable workflow.
Overview
- Each flagged item carries location, category, imagery and a confidence indication, so the reviewer can decide without opening the raw data.
- The reviewer's decision is recorded, including "not a defect" — that feedback is what keeps future output usable.
- Work orders are raised in the customer's own system where an API exists, rather than in a parallel list.
- Closure is tracked, so the loop can be audited end to end.
