Client Types and Engagement Models
We work with three kinds of client, and the engagement model differs for each. Being clear about which one you are saves everyone time.
Overview
- Asset owners and operators: they run the infrastructure and need a repeatable observation programme.
- Integrators and engineering contractors: they need a platform, payload or subsystem to fit into a larger delivery.
- Public and emergency organisations: they need a capability that works on the worst day, operated by their own staff.
- Engagements start with a requirement discussion, not a quotation — the requirement determines what can be quoted.
- Client names are not published. References are provided on request, with the client's consent and within their own disclosure rules.
