Business Conduct and Responsible Procurement Principles
We are a small company selling into markets with strict rules. Our commercial conduct is written down so that it can be checked rather than assumed.
Overview
- End use: we ask what a system will be used for, and we decline business where the answer is a weapon system or a munition delivery system.
- Export control: dual-use classification and licence requirements are assessed per destination and per configuration, before quotation.
- Responsible procurement: components are sourced from suppliers who can document their own conformity.
- Data: customer data stays on the customer's infrastructure where their regulatory framework requires it.
- Anti-corruption and fair dealing: no commissions to decision-makers, no undisclosed intermediaries.
Montline does not supply weaponised UAV systems or munition delivery systems, and does not participate in projects whose purpose is the targeting of persons.
